JUST IN: Leeds United Prepare £10m Bid for Everton Striker Target as Transfer Race Heats Up

Leeds United are reportedly set to launch a £10 million bid for Turkish striker Semih Kilicsoy—an alternative target to Liam Delap—potentially dealing a blow to Everton’s transfer plans. CEO Angus Kinnear is said to be on high alert as competition in the striker market intensifies.

With the summer window yet to officially open, Everton already face stiff competition from several Premier League clubs all aiming to bolster their attacking options ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Scoring consistency has been a long-standing issue at Goodison Park, and with uncertainty surrounding Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s future, the need for attacking reinforcements is growing. David Moyes and the Toffees’ recruitment team are reportedly prioritising the addition of one—possibly even two—strikers in the coming weeks.

However, their shortlist may be shrinking fast. According to Turkish outlet Fanatik, Leeds boss Daniel Farke is keen on bringing Kilicsoy to Elland Road as he prepares for life back in the Premier League. The club is said to be readying a €12 million (£10 million) bid, which matches Besiktas’ valuation of the 18-year-old forward.

With clubs moving quickly, Everton could be forced to act fast to secure their top attacking targets.
