NBA Players’ Favorite Athlete: Lamar Jackson

This week in Germany, Lamar Jackson left a good impression on the global soccer community. It also appears that NBA players really enjoy playing with the quarterback from the Ravens.

Jackson was chosen as the NBA players’ favorite non-NBA athlete in an anonymous survey conducted by The Athletic.

One player remarked, “He’s one of the best quarterbacks ever since he came into the league.” “His running ability is crazy.”

With 13 percent of the vote, Jackson secured a significant lead over women’s basketball sensation Caitlin Clark (6.1 percent).

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs (3.5%), wide receiver Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings (2.6%), quarterback Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles (1.7%), quarterback Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers (1.7%), and quarterback C.J. Stroud of the Houston Texans (1.7%) were the other NFL players who placed among the top 20 vote-getters. Derrick Henry, a running back with the Ravens, was also voted for.

When NBA players were asked which non-NBA athletes they liked, they gave a varying response.
