Alabama football coach Kalen DeBoer welcomes 4-star WR on recruiting visit.
Kalen DeBoer is sure that Alabama’s football program remains loaded with top-tier talent. After Nick Saban’s departure, one might expect the Crimson Tide’s recruiting to suffer, but this is not the case. A teenage prospect from Mater Dei High School has a four-star rating and could be the squad’s next top receiver. He goes by the name Marcus Harris.
According to Joseph Hastings of On 3 Sports, the fifth-ranked wide receiver in the 2025 recruiting class will visit Alabama’s football team on February 3rd. Marcus Harris has had offers from prominent programs including Georgie, Michigan, and Texas, among others. Coach
Coach Kalen DeBoer had the opportunity to extend an offer to the Mater Dei wide receiver when they were in Seattle. The plan for him to join the historic Crimson Tide is now in place.
Harris is already familiar with DeBoer and his potential contributions to the Alabama football team. He even expressed his feelings about the new Crimson Tide head coach to Justin Smith of Touchdown Alabama.
